Sarah Weber is a partner at Laufer & Laufer, P.A. Her practice focuses on first party civil litigation and constitutional litigation. Mrs. Weber has been with Laufer & Laufer, P.A. for seven years and with its predecessor firm for four years.
Mrs. Weber is a graduate of Hofstra Law School. While there she was an advocate for the rights of the under privileged. She interned at Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and the North Carolina Department of Social Services Legal Department where she focused on domestic violence and children’s rights. Mrs. Weber also successfully handled political asylum hearings in New York City through the Hofstra Law Political Asylum Clinic. While at Hofstra, Mrs. Weber was also awarded the Internal Law Award and the Child Advocacy Fellowship.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Weber was an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County Florida. During her time as an Assistant Public Defender, she conducted criminal trials and honed her litigation skills. She later transitioned into civil law and has utilized her extensive litigation experience to successfully handle an array of insurance, contract and constitutional issues.
Mrs. Weber is licensed to practice in the US District Court, Southern District of Florida and all state courts in Florida.
